When exposed to high specific loads and temperatures, this additive system helps smooth surface roughness without causing abrasion, leading to enhanced surface quality through plastic deformation. Optigear Synthetic X is classified as a CLP-HC gear oil (according to DIN 51502) and exceeds the minimum requirements of DIN 51517, Part 3, for CLP gear oils. Optigear Synthetic X is suitable for use in spur gears, bevel gears, planetary gear units, and heavily loaded systems such as wind turbine main gears. It is also effective for lubricating oil-lubricated rolling bearings. Depending on the application, it can operate in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +95°C.
