Power and Control Products

Power and Control Products is a new acquisition from Kurz. Power and Control Products is located in Green Bay, WI, and it is part of the company's recent Rasmussen Electric purchase. Power and Control Products and Rasmussen are both subsidiaries of Kurz. Although they will retain their own separate identities, the two companies will expand the services that Kurz can provide. Power and Control Products will act as a supply house that provides Kurz's customers with a broader range of equipment including contactors, circuit breakers, motor starters, enclosures, and other electrical equipment. The company will also enable Kurz to provide custom panels on demand and produce control panels on a small scale. The acquisition of Power and Control Products is designed to bring the capacity to build custom panels under one roof at Kurz. Ultimately, the new Power and Control Products unit is expected to continue helping Kurz Industrial grow and continue to serve its customers even better.
