Kurz Industrial Solutions Acquires Rasmussen Electric

It is with great excitement that Kurz Industrial Solutions is announcing the acquisition of Rasmussen Electric and its Power and Control division both located in Green Bay Wisconsin.  The acquisition was effective on January 21st, 2020.

Rasmussen Electric’s History

Led by Dale Rasmussen, Rasmussen Electric has developed an excellent reputation in the marketplace for serving customers and helping them accomplish their business goals.  As a distributor of electrical & mechanical products, including electric motors and power transmission components, as a manufacturer of electrical panels through their Power and Control division and as an electric motor repair shop, Rasmussen continues to be recognized for its expertise in supporting industrial customers and a host of customers in other industries.
